Hello, I'm Stephanie. Having spent five years in the corporate world, selling across Boston, MA, I understand firsthand the pressures and stresses that come with it. Despite attending yoga classes outside of work, I never allowed myself a break during the day, leading to burnout and ultimately forcing me to leave corporate America altogether.

Fast forward four years and hundreds of hours of teaching yoga later, I've found my purpose: bringing the self-care practices I desperately needed to organizations like yours.
